Lemon Drip Delivery Terms & Conditions

Payment is due at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and Lemon Drip has sent an order confirmation.

Orders are subject to product availability, delivery availability, and Lemon Drip's production capacity.

Lemon Drip reserves the right to decline or cancel an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If Lemon Drip cancels an order before fulfillment, the Customer will receive a refund for the amount paid for the affected items.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting it, including:

• Product and flavor selections
• Quantities
• Delivery date and requested time
• Delivery address
• Contact information
• Special instructions

Lemon Drip is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the Customer.

Changes requested after an order has been submitted are subject to Lemon Drip's approval and production schedule.

Because Lemon Drip beverages are prepared specifically for each order, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether production has begun. Production typically begins the day before the scheduled delivery.

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.

Once Lemon Drip has begun preparing, bottling, packaging, or otherwise producing an order, the order becomes non-refundable.

Large-volume or custom orders may require additional advance notice and may be subject to separate cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates unless Lemon Drip expressly agrees to a guaranteed delivery time in writing.

Lemon Drip will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected or communicated delivery window.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, previous deliveries, order volume, vehicle issues, or other circumstances outside Lemon Drip's reasonable control.

A delivery arriving within the communicated delivery window is considered on time.

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any instructions reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

The Customer should disclose access restrictions such as:

• Gated communities
• Apartment or suite numbers
• Building security
• Loading docks
• Restricted parking
• Campus or venue access
• Security checkpoints
• Required access codes

Additional charges may apply for extraordinary delivery circumstances or substantial delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

The Customer or an authorized recipient should be available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window unless Lemon Drip has approved unattended delivery.

Delivery is considered complete when the order is handed to the Customer or authorized recipient or placed at the location specified or approved by the Customer.

Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the products transfers to the Customer.

If the Customer requests or authorizes Lemon Drip to leave an order unattended, the Customer accepts responsibility for the products once delivery is completed.

Lemon Drip is not responsible for theft, tampering, weather exposure, spills, temperature changes, insects, animals, or other damage occurring after an unattended delivery has been completed.

Lemon Drip may decline to leave an order unattended when doing so could reasonably compromise food safety or product quality.

Lemon Drip beverages are freshly prepared products.

Customers are responsible for following any refrigeration, storage, handling, and consumption instructions provided with the product.

Products requiring refrigeration should be refrigerated promptly after delivery and kept properly chilled.

Lemon Drip is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, contamination, or loss of quality resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Customers should follow any “best by,” “use by,” or consumption instructions provided with the order.

Gallon beverages are prepared for convenient group service and should be refrigerated as directed.

Customers should shake or gently mix gallon beverages before serving when instructed, as natural ingredients may separate during storage.

Ice, cups, lids, straws, garnishes, dispensers, or other serving supplies are included only when specifically listed in the order.

Bottled beverages should be stored and served according to the refrigeration and handling instructions provided by Lemon Drip.

Natural separation may occur in beverages made with fresh citrus, fruit ingredients, syrups, or other ingredients. This does not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.

Shake gently before serving when appropriate.

Individual cups are prepared as close to the scheduled delivery time as reasonably practical.

Because cups may contain ice and freshly prepared ingredients, some melting, dilution, settling, or separation may naturally occur during transportation.

These normal changes do not constitute a defective product.

For the best Lemon Drip experience, individual cups should be consumed promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise materially different from the confirmed order, the Customer should contact Lemon Drip as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Photos may be requested so Lemon Drip can verify the issue.

When Lemon Drip confirms an error attributable to Lemon Drip, Lemon Drip may, depending on the circumstances:

• Replace the affected product
• Redeliver the missing or incorrect product
• Provide store credit
• Refund the affected portion of the order

Lemon Drip will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided solely because a Customer or guest does not prefer a particular flavor, sweetness level, ingredient, or other characteristic of a correctly prepared product.

Lemon Drip will prepare products according to its established recipes unless a customization has been specifically offered and accepted as part of the order.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should review available ingredient information and contact Lemon Drip with questions before ordering.

Although Lemon Drip takes reasonable precautions when preparing products, products may be prepared or handled in facilities or equipment where other ingredients are present.

Lemon Drip cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically stated in writing.

Large orders may require additional preparation time and advance notice.

Lemon Drip may establish minimum order amounts, delivery fees, lead times, or deposits for large-volume orders.

Orders involving substantial quantities of gallons, bottles, or individual cups may be considered final and non-refundable once production or ingredient preparation has begun.

Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated based on factors including delivery location, distance, order size, and delivery requirements.

Delivery fees are separate from gratuities unless specifically stated otherwise.

Additional fees may apply for extraordinary delivery requirements, extended wait times, parking charges, venue access fees, or significant changes requested after the order has been confirmed.

If Lemon Drip is unable to complete delivery because:

• No recipient is available when required
• The delivery address is incorrect
• Lemon Drip cannot reasonably access the property
• Required access information was not provided
• The Customer cannot be reached
• The Customer refuses the correctly prepared order

the order may be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Lemon Drip may attempt redelivery when reasonably possible, but an additional delivery fee may apply.

Lemon Drip may delay, reschedule, or cancel deliveries when weather, road conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances create an unreasonable safety risk.

If Lemon Drip must cancel an order because delivery cannot safely or reasonably be completed, Lemon Drip will provide an appropriate refund, credit, or rescheduling option based on whether the order has already been produced and the circumstances involved.

Lemon Drip will not be responsible for delays or inability to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, utility failures, supply interruptions, public emergencies, or similar extraordinary circumstances.

Lemon Drip will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected Customers and provide an appropriate resolution.

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemon Drip's liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

These Delivery Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

By submitting an order and completing payment, the Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Delivery Terms & Conditions.
